“Heir Apparent” is a nod to the song Air Arizona by Maritime. Davey and Mike played in Cap n’ Jazz together. Midwest bands like to reference each other with fun Easter eggs.

I like watching reactions to people listening to music I enjoy for the first time but there are barely any reactors that have this song :( This song is LEGENDARY. I wish I could watch people listen to it for the first time. My first listen was on a plane traveling for work... now I can't go on a flight without this album on a playlist.
