On April 26, 2024, units responded to a working structure fire near State Street in American Fork at around 19:50. Callers reported an explosion followed by smoke and flames. Upon arrival, emergency crews discovered a heavily involved structure and initiated a working structure fire response, adding units from additional departments. No injuries occurred in this incident.
