Did you like watching 80's TV shows? Then you don't want to miss this. Watch American Gladiators where are they now. This was an idea I had to create a show about the American Gladiators "Where are they now"? Since this creation we have filmed a Netflix 5 part documentary series that will be airing the beginning to middle of 2023. If you like this hit the button to subscribe. I will be posting updates as we get close and you don't want to miss this.

Hello Ice.. nice to see that you are well, I grew up watching American Gladiators as a kid I was an 80s kid and all the Gladiators were heroes in my eyes. I liked both the men and women, and wished I could have met all of you. I wanted so badly to be a contender on the show, but I have weak ankle joints that probably would've held me back after just 1 event.

What will it be like if you made major improvements to yourself and made your ankle joints stronger? You would've been a magnificent contender.

Xuxa was a Brazilian TV personality who had a successful kids show in that country, which led to MTM Productions and her developing the Xuxa TV series for the United States. It only lasted one season in syndication and had a brief stint on The Family Channel. Definitely sad Siren is gone. One of my favorite female Gladiators.

I wish I didn't see this, I knew about Hawk passing away, but had no idea Siren had also, and by her own actions. It makes me sad, I watch the show just about daily on Pluto it has its own channel. I'll be doing work from home, or homework and will have it playing in the background. Hope all the gladiators are doing well! RIP Siren and Hawk

Siren apparently had depression issues her whole life and he aspirin overdose that took her hearing was an early suicide attempt. Hawk passed a few days after undergoing hip surgery, so there may have been complications there. He was young, as well. Only 49. Siren was 40.

Both shows similar only with GUTS the kids completed against each other without any Gladiators. Would you rather run any variation of The Eliminator or Climb the Cragg.
@badladyami
@badladyami 3 жыл бұрын
@@Paul8820 The first version of the "famous" arena at Universal Hollywood was actually used as the template for Guts' set at Universal Orlando. Swingshot also helped the folks in Orlando figure out the Bridge/Bungee concept, in practical application. The Guts set was eventually repurposed after Nick left, and became the TNA Impact Zone. I'd rather run any of the Eliminators used from seasons 2-4 than the Crag, because the stage effects used on the Crag were insufferable. That, and the Wall looked more fun. So much so, that it compelled me to start climbing when the first climbing walls started popping up here in Ohio.

Binged on the documentary on Netflix last night, since stuck at home in frigid Temps. It really brought back some great memories of late 80s early 90s. I remember when you all came to Fort Wayne, Indiana for tryouts and a show. I was a member of the Fort Wayne Jaycees, so we volunteered to set up at the coliseum. I remember being so excited about that!

Hi, I'm Michele and I'm Italian. I remember some of your episodes seen in Italy at the beginning of the 90s (I was 12-13 years old) on Saturday after 10 in the evening, dubbed in Italian by the legendary Dan Peterson, you were my heroes, innovative and engaging. At the time there was no satellite and the episodes were imported into Italy but the magic was great; I rediscovered you through the Netflix special, watched today. I also remember some toys but not many were imported into Italy. I congratulate you, I have beautiful memories of all of you!

Wait, no way. This is Ice's channel? I was a boy that grew into a teen when you all were on. My best friend had a crush on you lol. You all influenced us so much. He & I would do daily workout routines (really it was just pushups, crunches, pull ups & sprints because we were the "gladiators.") We would create obstacle courses through our yards & get all our neighbothood friends together to run our courses after we had trialed them to see if they could beat our times. The rule was we always had to have best time. It became this massive thing that kept evolving. Through adulthood the 2 of us have remained in various forms of sports/fitness. I can't wait to tell him. Thx, Ice.

Looks like it's been a year since this was uploaded. Hope this mini-documentary isn't dead in the water. As much as the show was a phenomenon, going from the interviews and tell-alls I've read and seen so far, it seemed like the American Gladiator (A.G.) athletes didn't get their fair due of prominence compared to say the UK Gladiators. Ex: A.G. remaining in a Universal Studios stage vs UK-G being in an indoor arena; A.G. just going off the air after 1996 vs UK-G having a prominent final season ending; A.G. athletes having no input in the inauspicious 2008 A.G. remake, etc. Nonetheless, I'm sure a lot of people would like to see this semi-reunion to occur, even if on Zoom or a Microsoft Teams hangout, lol.
