The aspect ratio was strange at first, but it was actually pretty effective. Great little video, nice to learn a little more about one of my favorite novels!

Why did the mall scene include the banner that says "The future is 1986"? The future is a hammer? Really? Who coded that Strong's Hebrew word (H1986) into the show? And why?

It's really interesting that the same video is on the American Gods channel, except in 16:9. I wonder what the significance of that is, and why Neil chose to go with 4:3.
