This was the first signed band I went to see, they headlined a Europe Tour it was intense seen them the next year at Ozfest UK too incredible. They didn't skimp out putting on a show for sure.

Don't want to rub it in, but saw them about 5 times in the UK and they were phenomenal everytime (Although I do remember them firing the drummer onstage) 😅

They were the very first band I ever saw live, two months before this show in support of Slipknot.

They were INTENSE. I remember seeing them on Ozzfest (way back in the day), and the singer going "Kill Everyone." Knew it was getting serious at that point. But saw them maybe 3-4 times after. They were SO good.

I saw them live in, I think, 2001? Slipknot Disasterpiece tour... It was In Flames, One Minute Silence and then American Head Charge. I was so spent after the support bands... but when you're 15 you just push through. I've just got back into them recently, forgot how ace their debut album was.

These were fun times. AHC's music always made me want to just break stuff with a sledgehammer. Heacock's vocals were the most angry vocals I've ever heard. It wasn't about metal vocal technique, he was literally "anger" screaming.. Metal back then, there was real angst. So much energy.. Or maybe I was just the angry one back then, feeding off these angry music. Hahaha.. xD Still, glad to be in a better place and time now.

Grateful as fuck I was 16 in 2002 and grew up in the NuMetal phase. So many amazing bands. And amazing shows. Unfortunately AHC were the one of the bands I missed. And always regretted. But I saw Mudvayne, Disturbed, PapaRoach, LinkinPark, Slipknot, and MarilynManson in 2001. Two weeks before IOWA came out. Still my favorite concert of all the concerts I’ve been to. And it’s been a lot. Nothing like Slipknot live jn the SelfTitled and Iowa eras

the guys with the keyboards are just there for the chaos :D regardless, this band could have gone so far! a shame that things didn't go as planned, they had some issues here and there with alochol and drugs but if definitely gave them a unique feel!

@John Wayne possibly. Hard for me to say why they weren't bigger. All I know is they were a great band in my opinion, and I wish they were still around.

Seen these guys 7 times in the early 2000's with Slayer, Soulfly, Coal chamber, machine head etc... These guys always had great energy. Caught some buckshot from Brian lol

@@jcaison5 it truly was man. I remember vividly the DJ from 98x at the time-his walking up to the microphone and making the announcement, staving off tears. It was just the worst. The byproduct of that tragedy was I never got to see Bloodsimple

One of my all time favorite bands when I was in high school. Got me through bullies that keep fucking with me. One day I was listening to reach and touch and bullies came up to my face, with all the bottled up anger I had (from all the bullying) suddenly I snapped and headbutted the kid in front of my face and he fell down. I got on top of him and I wanted to bite his face off but it was covered in blood because of his broken nose, so I gave him another head butt that made him unconscious. His friend then picked me up from the back. As he stands me up I gave him a spinning elbow and he dropped like a sack of potatoes. The last bully standing was about to make a move and I got into position, I remember thinking just kicking him in the balls but I saw the fear in his eyes..I realized my face had blood from the guy I head butted. Next day I shaved my head into a mohawk and got called into the principals office, fun times. I hope Cameron pulls though.
