Sydney (Amy Adams from First Arrival and Man of Steel) confronts Rosalyn (Jennifer Lawrence from Passengers and Serena), who begins to insult her but the two women are separated. Rosalyn goes to the bathroom and Sydney follows her and confronts her again. Because Sydney is having a relationship with Irving (Christian Bale from The Dark Knight and American Psycho), Rosalyn is jealous even if she is having an affair with another man. She still believes that Irving will never leave her. Sydney tells her that Irving loves her and that their relationship is real, she also tells Sydney that she is a bad person, but Rosalyn provokes her and kisses her with anger. Both upset, Rosalyn leaves the bathroom and goes back to see her lover.

What’s the American Hustle movie about?
Irving Rosenfeld (Christian Bale from The Dark Knight and American Psycho) dabbles in forgery and loan-sharking, but when he falls for an equally cunning and seductive Sydney Prosser (Amy Adams from First Arrival and Man of Steel), things change in a big way. Irving and Sydney are forced to work undercover for a wild FBI agent Richie DiMaso (Bradley Cooper from Very Bad Trip and A star is born), as part of a sting operation to nail a New Jersey mayor (Jeremy Renner from The Avengers and The Hurt Locker) Carmine Polito, the passionate, volatile, New Jersey political operator caught between the con-artists and Feds. DiMaso pushes them into a world of Jersey powerbrokers and mafia that's as dangerous as it is enchanting. Meanwhile, Irv's jealous wife (Jennifer Lawrence from Passengers and Serena) could be the one to pull the thread that brings the entire world crashing down. Based on the 1970s Abscam case.

That kiss was completely an improve on Jennifer Lawrence's part. She said that she got caught up in the emotion's and intensity of the scene and she did it bc it seemed to "fit" the scene. The director liked the improve so much; he kept the take to use in the final cut. **FUN FACT

I don't know. They are both so intense. I imagine they were both completely lost in their characters for that moment. They probably had some fun with it at the table read and at rehearsals.

Watch her break out first film, "Winter's Bone", released in 2010 when she was 20 years old. Shot in about two weeks by an Indie filmmaker, virtually everyone in the film is an amateur. She was brilliant.

It’s her best role! She didn’t get the Oscar for it, big mistake for the Oscars Jury. It was such a good film. love JLaw in this movie, cos she created a great funny, tragic, borderline character, and it was great: still it was easy to play funny, baddy, mad women: but Amy Adams had to create a character whom you like, then don’t, then you have to confront yourself with her, you like her, you are a nobody who wants to be somebody, and she goes very far in her journey to be somebody, you think she has no moral compass, but in the end she does… so next time if your man is weaker than yourself but is strong and loyal and open with you that he has a beer belly and fake hair, you better do like Amy….go for him, go for yourself, but don’t exchange yourself cheaply…demand loyalty and hard work from yourself first, and then the rest….
