Anyone from the west that spouts bullsh*t about China being behind has clearly never been there and is brainwashed. China is beautiful, majestic and the major cities make the west look dated by comparison. I've felt safe there regardless of time of night and there's clearly no dr*g issues in the streets like here in the west. Partial retirement there couldn't come soon enough, cheers.

VISA or Mastercard are convenient payment methods in most countries because America dollars payment systems controlled the whole world, people tend to suppose that the local payment systems even Taiwanese complain mainland have no VISA payment options( they even thought fb is their own social media platform because they use Chinese characters version) , China , however, not inside the game , that’s one of the reasons china have very less inflation problems .also one of the reasons of America politicians hate China

lol those pink hotdogs are called "淀粉肠“ i.e. starch sausage, it's more like fried potato/sweet potato chips than meat sausage and many people like them due to their crunchy outside layer and super soft almost tofu inner texture, and don't worry those are not fake sausages cus people know what they are getting, like the name suggests it's a product of potato or corn starch.

Many deli meats ALL OVER THE WORLD contain sodium or potassium nitrite. So people are told not to eat too many hot dogs and other types of deli or cured meats. Here's a quote from Wikipedia: "Among the recommendations was that, except for very rare occasions, people should avoid eating ham or other processed meats - cured, smoked, salted or chemically preserved meat products such as bacon, hot dogs, sausage,[35] salami,[36] and pastrami."

I am curious, with the tension between the US and China how do the people feel towards Americans? My wife is from Chengdu we've discussed moving back to Chengdu but she is worried about a negative reaction to me ( an American), I haven't been there since 2009 but I loved the city and the people and in my own defense I am very laid back and easy going
@samlee6938
@samlee6938 11 ай бұрын
You'll be fine. The US sees China as a threat to its dominance so they want to crush China and wants its mainstream media to churn out negatives almost daily. China doesn't have that kind of incentive and motive to do the same to the US and hence no daily negatives. While China has been defensive; it's one thing to be defensive but it's another to make up negative stuff about a country relentlessly.

Ponte, this was such a great video. You and Bert make a good combo, was really impressed with his Mandarin. So much different types of steet food as well.. Ill be honest, I dont know if Id be comfortable eating the brains or the pig nose, but I'd maybe try it at least. "Im not gay enough for this drink" 😂 and then he added it to the beer jesus christ lmfao

This is the most favorable hot dog in China, especially for the people who were born in the 80s or 90s. The way you hate it is just the way we love it!! AHAHAHAH WE ARE SO FELL IN LOVE WITH THAT FAKE HOT DOG TASTE.

that hotdog,maybe 10% meat and 90% starch and flavoring. Many years ago we are not that rich,so we invent the hotdog. Now we eat it for remembering the old time.
