The whole story is like this. mc is a newbie at his workplace. When it's time to get off work he should be going home to have dinner with his wife as a good husband. But his senior try to get him to go drink with them. He can't refuse them cuz he's a meek guy. So his senior drag him along all night long. The messages and phone calls are from his wife asking him why he's not coming home yet. He make some excuses about having urgent meeting and has to do some extra work. So this song lyric is all about him making excuse to his wife in his mind. And the last message is his wife telling him to take care and come home safely. 😅😅

The song is meant to reflect Asian corperate employees culture (Esp Japanese) where the Junior or a newly joined employees need to go out drinking, karaoke with their Senior colleagues or their boss after work and they can't really reject the invitations while their girlfriends / Wifes are worried so in the vdo you can see Toon was looking like wtf am i doing here and his gf was constantly texting him 'Why aren't you home? / Are you finsihed with work yet?' 😂😂😂 then he replied 'still at work / still stuck in a meeting' (but he was actually out drinking) Basically this is like Toon is fighting with himself, he loves his gf and doesnt want her to be worried but at the same time, the drinking and everything is fun 😂 he doesnt want his gf to worry about him so he had to lie that he is still working 😂
