Fillter hata kar wer cleaning nahi kar sakte kya ? kyo ki wet me shayad fillter ki jarurat nahi hoti

Bag ki jarurat nhi hoti wet mein. Filter toh lagana hi padta hai both in dry and wet cleaning. It's to protect the motor from damage due to dust and debris.

Yes it is recommended. You can keep it install as well but it will be wet after usage that's why they say to remove it.

Yes. But it will clog the filter very faster. Plus the container is not fully air tight, so it might be bad idea to do that way.
