The last clip that confused you is out of the context of this song. I think it was a snippet from his new project, so it's like promoting it! It's a common thing. and If you pay close attention, he did something similar at the beginning too! you dont have to be scared of talking about the king in morocco, the only rule is no insults and respectful manners, even if it's critics, the king is pretty open about it (for example the way eminem dissed trump in his BET disstrack using bad words, that's a no no) other than that you're good

It's actually not as bad as you made it seem like haha, you can definetly speak your mind out and criticize the government. Especially if you have constructive criticism to share. The problem lies when you choose to speak against the king, The king is not just a monarch for us Moroccans, he is protected by the constitution and speaking ill of him is considered a crime. The king also holds the title for the Prince of the believers which in turn brings a certain devinity aspect to his position.. (These are just some of the things that I know, and "disclaimer here" I am not very well read on the subject at hand..). I know that this is very different from the freedom of speech that you know exists in the USA for example, but you'd find things work better in the long run when you have stricter rules and boundaries.
