Ever hung out with a real life American Ninja Warrior Superstar?! Now's yer chance! There might even be some guacamole at the end.

‪@IslandNinja‬ has competed on so many different ‪@NinjaWarrior‬ episodes that I lost count; he has danced on ‪@TheEllenShow‬ and on pretty much every ANW buzzer platform he's been on; and he's even danced in my kitchen! Sorry, the kitchen dancing isn't in this episode but there's definitely some flipping happening! I learned toe side back rolls without hand of higher learning tiga boats and cobe micacich try them one handed u can it harder and focus on popping first

Such great energy. Is there any difference from the 2016 murray and the 2021 besides the graphic? I have two murray boards already a 2016 and a 2020, I think the 2020 graphic is the best one. Big respect for that prayer at the end.

Hey Shaun. 2 quick suggestions on how to videos. 1). You did the video of how to get pop etc. but could you do one on next level. How do you really get into it to get pro level pop etc. 2). Rope length and speed. Most pro are riding faster and longer length rope than the mid level guys. What’s the advantage of longer and faster? Dude, as always thanks for the videos. They’re amazing and honestly look forward to new ones every week. 🙂

1. have you seen this video yet? Maybe you have kzfaq.info/get/bejne/hMuijcV7qMW6YX0.html 2. Most pros are riding 72.5 to 75' and 22-23. Longer pendulum means longer travel time in the air. BUT, we used to ride super long, 85', 25mph, but the G series changed that and allowed us to slow down, which then dictated that we brought our ropes back in. Being able to slow down is game changing especially since the wakes are getting so big.
