Frank, you need to start learning from Mike and say "THANK YOU" when someone agrees to sell something to you. They're leaving profit on the item for your benefit, the least you can do is say thanks.

@@christopherx7035 if you watch American pickers frequently, you'll notice that Frank does not say thank you after negotiating deals. Mike does nearly every time. I don't think the editors are routinely editing out Frank's "thank you". It's just the difference between these two men... Frank rarely shows appreciation for the deals he's given, while Mike is much more demonstrative and appreciative about what he's getting.

@@christopherx7035 lol, so I guess you don't really watch the show, that answers it. If you think Frank only buys $30 toy trucks and believe he must frequently thank sellers, as we see with Mike literally every episode or almost every purchase, then you must have only seen maybe 2 or 3 episodes tops? Frank is not a "thank you" type picker, that's just his personality and negotiation type. He mostly just says "alright" or something similar after concluding a deal. And no, lol, they're not editing out his thank you. I'm only repeating it because I don't think you're really understanding what I'm saying. Also, if you think that my second comment was a carbon copy of the first, then that confirms you didn't really read either comment particularly attentively.

@@christopherx7035 I'm super glad this lonely little KZfaq comment thread has given you purpose today. Without it, you would feel like a lesser individual, having not "won" a perceived duel in which there is a winner and a loser. It does say quite a bit about the, ahem, small mindedness of an individual who feels buoyed by making a "clever" KZfaq comment and thinking he has "won" something. Fortunately, thanks to my maturity, perceptiveness and infinite wisdom, I can only smile and feel lightly amused that this meaningless thread will be forever preserved on KZfaq, for future internet historians to dissect and analyze in an attempt to understand the potentially "hidden message" within, of which there is precisely none. A vacuous exchange that is the epitome of 21st century internet chatter. What a world we live in!

I guess i just really dont understand picking.. this dude is coming up on 100 years old.. hes litterally in the very last stage of his life and he wont let complete junk that he will never use or honestly think of ever again go.. Like honestly... what TF is he going to do with a 75 year old rusted bike thats been sitting in the same spot since the 50's? I think these people are the OG hoarders or something.. That chopper without the paperwork was only a girder frontend. 300. Bucks is a good number for that. When he said 55. I thought he was being righteous cause he knew they were there to spend some money . Only wanting 55. Dollars. When Frank got that cleared out I thought he'd crock right there... I almost did!!! Must have been in that garage with a truck running or something....

The whole thing about the bike not having a title must differ by state. Where I’m from any vehicle over a certain age (30 years I think) does not need a title. And most vehicles before 1980 never even had a title at least in my state and therefore still do not require one.

I agree with you that is a fairly reasonable but Guys like these are going to try to make the most money they can so if they can get it at the lowest price possible they will do it and I always like to negotiate with people to myself and try to get a little cheaper so I don’t blame Frank for that but in the end 1500 is not a bad price for that scooter Especially if the engine is not seized

Makes a great vid but I hate rich hoarders that let everything go to pot . then want a ton for it when they are a million years old, thank goodness there are way more guys that love to share their stuff and meet people . The show needs to change Frank up as he does'nt fit in. Unappreciative and has the little man syndrome but with a big bod ,thought he would look after himself better for the show. I love when Mike's brother is in it as they make such a nice bro vid. I love your vids but think more characters along for the ride with Mike would ad some more fun etc. thx .

lol. You can see the comments laying out Frank's departure, as if he isn't a good part of the show and missed by the majority of watchers, lol. Mike was in hot water over a pick, where he shorted someone, and that's why I even knew about the show itfp. Mike and Danielle are narcissists, maybe Frank too? But, I've only watched repeats on a free channel, or I'd never know

Goof says 1500 was TOO much! for that moto scooter thing, YET Mike says in another cut scene Frank was going up against essentially a VETERAN in the world of this kinda THING!!!, so essentially Mike was saying BUDDY KNEW what he was talking about!!!!< SO 1500 WASNT high AT ALL!! But in fact WHAT THING was WORTH, AND STILL enough meat on the bone for these SCHMUCKS to make money/profit.... Mike and Frank ARE the typical pickers.. SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!..
