I'd go with Mic Righteous personally, but no arguing that they're both in the top few list, for sure (of current UK hip Hop)😉

Great reaction - Aitch definitely has skills but he knows who is market is and cam dumb it down to suit a bit. Try Akala FITB 4 (you guys did the first one but nr 4 is amazing!). His last Daily Duppy was fire too! You’ve reacted to Ghetts GRM daily 5mil special, but his FITB 3, fire in the desert is brilliant - or he just dropped a new track this week ‘Twin Sisters’ - he has an album coming. There’s loads of Dave to react to, he seems to translate to the US market really well. In the Fire would a great track to do as it features Fredo, Meekz, Ghetts, Giggs and then Dave in the last verse.

Aitch just a straight rapper. He's not from the street and he's been clear about that from the off. He's got skills though for sure.

Marlon craft is young and he doesn't rap surface level. He is a huge student of the game and sooooo next level. I think age is just a number most times. There are some other younger dudes as well spitting deep lyrics. But Marlon craft can't even be compared to many of these rappers. His 1st sway freestyle is 🔥 on another level

I can pass on all these new UK/grime artist. I come from the So Solid/ Wiley/ BBK/Roll Deep/Devlin/Devilman, etc, etc, era of grime. Can,t say that any of these new dudes are doper then the classic artists. Then again not too many Americans messed with that when it came on the scene. I was one of the few. I actually have the first So Solid CD and I have the receipt still from when I purchased it. LoL... This musics nothing new to me really.
@Mufasatrips6 ай бұрын
Congrats man
@freestilesteve6 ай бұрын
@@Mufasatrips 😊 It,s not that I can,t get into it. I just grew up to that style. I,m 41 so I was already like 18-19 when the first So Solid came out. I used to frequent 2SGF and Pure Grime back in the day so I would hear about it then. I used to upload samples and frequent the producer forums so that,s when I started picking up on it. I knew it was different then what I was listening to at the time, so that,s why I wanted to get into it. Just to go against the normal American steeze that everybody else was on I guess. Not sure how old you are, but I also picked up a lot of it from an internet DJ that was somewhere located in Croydon I believe. He had released a few mixes on the torrent site "Demonoid" like in the early 2000,s. I think he was somewhat known as a grime DJ, but he spun other styles. I,m sure some of the U.K heads might remember him from back in the day because his mixes were dope and he actually threw a lot of what I guess you could say would of been "underground artist" at the time. His name was Andy Afro. I was always hearing about Kano back then as he seemed kinda big at the time. I first heard like L Star, N Dubz, Low Key, Serial Rhyme Asylum and all kinds of other dope UK artists at the time. I was subscribed to Revolution Magazine from about 98-2000 and they had a mix with Phi Life Cypher which was super dope. I know some of that is considered probably classic UK hip-hop but I,ve always loved what I,ve heard over there. I felt getting into the UK scene could help me grow as a producer and it kind of did. I admit I took a dip away from about 2009-maybe 10 ish. Maybe before that, but it was when Devilman and Killah P had a little beef going on. I think people liked Devilman but I think Killah P was dope. Especially those like Jungle/Drum N Bass sessions that he did with Rico or Flow Dan..Been trying to find those videos again but I haven,t been able to track them down.. Def love your guys scene over there. That's for sure. It,s kind of nice being old enough to actually have caught the beginnings of that scene. Im from the same state as Black Pegasus. It,s really cool to see him reviewing all this music. Not just grime and hip-hop and rap, but all the other genres too. If you search hard enough you might be able to find a track or two we collabed on. No raps from me, just the beat.
