You can get a 1st class degree (top grade), then 2:1, then 2:2, then 3rd, then.. fail 😅 Yeah, Wretch’s real name is Jermaine 😅 I actually think all our top MCs have an excellent knowledge of US hip hop history… they grew up listening to them too, just like us 😅 It just doesn’t necessarily show as much as they were also very influenced by what was going on in the UK musically.

the 21 Bar, my view of it is, he finishes the bar with "Graduate before u pass Wretch , So if u aint got a 2,1 or u Aint 32( u aint me ) u have to gradfuate bewfore u pass Wretch , so i assume its like a university grade, 2 ; 1 For some time now this has been the most common degree grade awarded in the UK. The majority of employers looking to recruit graduates will be looking for candidates to have this level of degree classification, so thats my understanding of it but who knows, somone tell me diff please!

So many good fire in the booths. It ends up coming down to personal preference. For me the top tiers ones in no particular order. Ghetts 2&3 Akala part 4 Wretch part 5 Low Key 1&2 Also Mic Righteous, Ocean Wisdom, Kano and a few others are right up there as well. But the top ones of my list are the god tier ones. Big Narsties ones are definitely worth a listen as well. Everyone just brings their own ting and there aren't that many bad ones.
