Some old people are less educated in their generation, only less than 3 percent went to college. please pardon them. that's why you see some of them got bad manners/behavior. younger generations got better educated, especially the 20s. , hope you enjoy your life in China😀

你可能搞错了，如果去掉外国人，我可能会相信，因为中国确实很难原谅日本，而日本至今未向中国道歉！如果真有“外国人”，那有可能是比较极端的民族主义者针对原来西方国家在中国开设租界时，曾在很多场所挂出牌子“中国人及狗禁止入内”。你可以换换身份，如果有人在你的国家租块地，开个店，然后告诉你你们国家的人和狗不得入内，你会怎么想？所以，如果你了解中国的历史，希望你别介意，有些仇恨是中国家族传承下来的，绝大部分中国人都是和平，友好的。比起你们西方国家，要好很多，你们政府在做的，是系统化的，谎言化的方式洗脑他们的人民，仇视中国！至少在中国，这只是一些个人的行为！比起你们黑暗的政党和政府，真不算什么！

100 years ago, Western countries that invaded China often erected similar signs in the Shanghai Concession, which read: Chinese and dogs are not allowed to enter. That's on Chinese territory.

I think it very unique and very rare to happen, if that reaaly happen, you can report this to the police. 99% Chinese welcome friendly foreigner.

I don't like it either, but is it not freedom of speech? And would you move out where racism is very rampant and so many foreigners (including Chinese and muslims) are attached under broad daylight, and so many people yell at Chinese-look "go back to your country" or "you are not welcome here"?
