restaurant equipment shops. Honestly they are more trouble than they are worth, as the blades get dull quick and then they squash a ripe tomato instead of slicing it. Better off to do it the old fashioned way with either a razor sharp chefs knife or a serrated carving knife..... Now if you like the tomato slicer, what you really will like is a french fry cutter! This is a great video that shows a real master of a very simple dish producing, at least visually, a perfect result. I have no doubt it tasted great as well, I know my stomach is grumbling now.

I wouldn't say "American" style. Patty is not crispy, bacon soggy, way too much sauce, too much lettuce, onions not caramelized. This would be like making a broth out of soup base powder and adding spaghetti noodles and calling it "Japanese" style ramen.

Korea you have so much of what America used to be. Keep it up. Hard work, honesty and good food. I make most of what my family eats. My wife is kicking up great stuff lately too. We work to feed them real food the hard way. Please try to avoid processed seed oils in all parts of the food. Deep fry in lard or tallow if you can get it. Love you and i wish to visit there some day. I use Korean soy sauce and other marinates when possible and enjoy them very much. They have way less garbage additive than other sources. I've seen how you make school lunch the hard way again. We do not do that here. It is lazy, quick trash foods. We need to get back to old world hard way for many things in life. I worked masonry as a kid and that is a workout. Most jobs are sit back and type, or use a machine to do the labor.
