@@tasbykekerey1203 Unfortuantely, it’s just true that most people only know the name Kazakhstan from the movie.. it wasn’t out of malice. I have traveled to Almaty and I know that the movie is just a bad stereotype and the actual place is COMPLETELY different and has lots of charms! Really loved the food (beshbarmak and Kazakh lagman are fantastic!) and the views of Ile-Alatau from the city!

When the police, or government structure records videos of convicted people when they apologize for doing smth. And that is just some light stuff like throwing away trash in the wrong place. We have that type of culture where people tend to think that if a person apologises then the problem is gone. So there are examples when people gotta be charged for doing smth wrong but instead that they just apologize and then people are free to go. I even know from the recent news that police structures trying to stop doing that. Recording people and make em apologize cuz that type of solution for the problems is getting too deep in our culture. And just say it basically (уят)

But they all have madatory geography in school and a little bit better knowledge in this field and don't "push" on their people the impression that they are like a "lone island" in the world and that it is not important to learn about your surroundings because you are so big that it doesn't really matter.
