If you are Puerto Rican you need to learn your gastronomy history. There is no Puerto Rican version of Mofongo cause IT IS A AUTHENTIC PUERTO RICAN DISH. DOMINICANS WANT TO CLAIM SOMETHING THAT IS NOT THEIR OWN.

Awesomeness! The sancocho has “Yautia”, it’s a vegetable similar to Yuca haha if you are still Santo Domingo, you MUST try the empanadas bro, I recommend a restaurant called “El parador”. It will take you to another galaxy ❤️ I had 2 today haha

Y Puerto Rico es el Unico pais de adonde viene El MOFONGO pero Los Dominicanos lo quieren reclamar Como suyo. Ridiculous suelten El Mofongo y cojan su Mangu.

@@debrahducasse6946 lo que se ase en varios paises se Llama fufu . Es fufu de platano y cada pais hiso otra cosa con el, y le puso otro nombre . Los Domis le llaman MANGU y como no son creativos solo se lo comen con huevo ,salami y queso. El Cubano le Llama Machuquillo o tambien le llama fufu de platano y se lo come con Carnes. El Puerto Riqueño tuvo mas creatividad y hiso del fufu que trajo El Africano a todo el caribe El Mofongo . Sus Negros Dominicanos no tuvieron la creatividad que tuvieron Los negros Boricuas con el platano. Por eso Los Boricuas tiene muchos platos tipicos hechos de platano y ustedes Los Dominicanos tanto que dicen ser plataneros no tuvieron esa creatividad.

Si tengo problema con gente de un pais que no respeta cultura culinaria ajena y se ponen a reclamar algo que no es suyo.
