American Truck Simulator - Public Beta 1.3 - Arizona bound!

I decided to go with the public beta 1.3 so I grabbed a trailer and went east to Arizona! As expected,the 3 map mods had to be turned off because they did not play well with the new update but the Freightliner FLB+ also had to take a seat as it was incompatible with the new update. I go over those and what 1.3 brings to us while running to Camp Verde.
My Peterbilt 389 specs:
Cummins N14 600
Eaton 18 speed trans with 3.58 gears.

Yep ... I did a run to the new city along new stretch of US-101 between San Rafael and Eureka. Now I'm on a run from Oxnard to Phoenix. Also, with the latest updates on ETS2 and ATS, none of the mods I created work anymore.

you can move but you will drag the trailer and there is a sound that would make it as if your draging your landing gear

yes, normally, It will take 50 years for all concrete to dry completely, including the concrete slab on your house.

Beutyfull question how did you turn on the rear tracktor lights ??? Not the reverse bottom lights but the ones by the behind the driver or is it a mod ???

The lights on the cab? They come on as soon as I turn on the parking lights. The 389 I used in this video is from Viper and last time I checked,it can be found on the steam workshop

Concerning Peterbilt: Is there any chance that a 281 as from Spielberg "Duel", a really "nasty" truck will be released ?

I too just love this truck. :) My dad had a '55 Mack with straight stacks. It was so much fun. I am a Peterbilt man myself and in the game, I can't find this truck anywhere. No Peterbilt dealerships! Where can I find this truck in game?

You should have Peterbilt dealerships. Reno and Bakersfield for sure so if they are not there,then something has changed in your game. I think the 387 mod changes the dealerships.

Thanks for your fast reply CM. :) I have the coast to coast mod installed. I wondered if it might be interfering. And I heard that PB dealers are in Bakersfield, Reno, and San Diego. Ive looked all over Bakersfield but not the other two. I also have all the Peterbilt mods I could find so you may be right that the dealerships get moved. Ill keep looking. I used to drive trucks and just love the two games ATS and ETS. Thanks again!!

***** Check the KW dealership. But the Bakersfield dealership is on the edge of town as you head out towards Barstow.

Thanks! I have looked in every KW dealer so far and was only able to pick up a Mack and Freightliner but no PB. Also, when I try to buy in the online store in KW, I get a crash to DT.

So MHA will make an update to 1.3? But only for the beta right now? Or when it's goes final and everyone has 1.3?

I have no clue when they'll make it or release it but having the beta hellos them get a jump on things so that when 1.3 rolls out to everyone, the new version should be ready or close to it. But I don't see them updating MHA till SCS rolls out 1.3 to everyone.

Yeah, I agree with you if the Cat sounded like this i would run with it but Cummins isn't bad I like them both there good engines in the real world.

Everything is in the google doc spreadsheet I have linked in the description but if I remember right,that motor is part of the 'Engines and sounds' pack found in the Steam Workshop

Pc is perfect for this game u require lots of usb ports for cool components for the wheel setup trust me get a pc worth it to me

@@therealtruth4448 it would ve better to build your own because its expensive when you purchase pre build plus you get to pick out your own color scheme n components any video card will do starting from 750 ti above 1070 great prices n a good 8 core processor 5 i intel or amd at least 16 gigabytes of ramm no matter the brand as long as is a none brand any mother board will do i have a msi board havent failed since i bouth it 8 years ago and most of all make is future proof sorry lots of things to concider but is best for such large games

@@therealtruth4448 if you can search for good deals depending on store should be around $600 to $800 max included the operation system windows 7 home setup look on ebay thats were i got mine for 100 buks make sure they have a good history n review's seller on ebay
