Well pushkar is called tirtharaj(king of holy places) and aaditirtha( first holy place) in the world because it is where first Yagya was done by god Brahma after creation of universe.

Please visit Sikkim, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura, and West Bengal. These are North East India and will blow your mind up with panaromic scenic beauty, Jungle Safari,water sports, Mountain sports etc.

The reason behind the only temple of lord brahma is Brahma was attached to the created things(temporary) by ignoring the soul(permanent). He became materialistic than spiritual. The resultant, Lord Shiva cursed Brahma not to be worshipped.

Hey why didn't you do the Nagara ( India traditional drums) session in rhe evenings at the ghat( banks) theybdonit just before the sunset what a sublime experience 👍👍 NAGARAS are traditional Indian drums and the person who plays it is a 70 year old gentleman ( 5th generation) NATHOO LAL SOLANKI

It's one of the holiest places in India and probably not the holiest because there are many holy places like Varanasi, Haridwar, Tirupati and so on. I have been to all these places in Pushakar three years back.

fact: actually all of those leather bags which were made by the camel skins are basically got from the dead camel... they don't kill camels for there skins.
