I love the fact that, unlike a lot of US reactions to British humour, you actually get it. Many others either don’t understand the joke, miss it, laugh at the wrong bits or it completely goes over their heads. Very refreshing to see. You’re both a credit to your nation. 🙂

Just watched a behind the scenes video from the show and apparently Mr Morris was based on when one of the shows writers grandmother dated a very pompous angry man and Mr Morris’s car was in great shape when the show bought it but they beat it up with a sledgehammer and drove into it with a forklift to beat it all up.

My dad was like Martin - very fond of butter. He would drink late into the night and eat crisps dipped in butter. He dialled it back a bit after his first stroke but couldn’t give it up altogether.

Aww give the puppy back his red toy! He didn't want the other one, I don't know if you watched this back but he was looking over you're shoulder's and popping his head between the chairs looking for it! 😂 I have 6 kittens and 3 dogs so I know they want what they want especially when it's something they're not allowed to have! I know since I have a "zoo" here in Ireland lol but they're all rescues so that makes having so many ok..... I think! 🙈 I love you're channel!!!! 🇮🇪❤️🇮🇪

@@evertonian26 seriously mate, Harry Landis was in his late eighties when he was in FND, before he died mysteriously of old age. He had a lot of energy and did a LOT of TV in his lifetime but his contribution to FND is what I best remember him for and he got his piece of the action. In 50 years when people are watching these old FND episodes they'll think of him as modern folks think of The Major in Fawlty Towers. He did his bit for pop culture right to the end.

You've hit one of the Sweet spots of British comedy in your latest choice of reactions, Benidorm, FND, Man Down are all amazing shows. Benidorm runs for 10 series, I urge you to stick with it to the end, Man Down is 4, and FND is 6 but please also try to locate and watch the reunion documentary.

Having seen every episode of FND, all more than once, this was by far the funniest episode out of all of them. Hit home for me as my boss is an older Jewish guy called Mr Morris but he's bloody nothing like this LOL.

The hilarious Mr Morris is back again in series 3, episode 3. The scene in the bowling alley with Jim is priceless. Then he's back again for the wedding 😯 with Grandma in episode 6 of series 3.
