PH 7eleven is also like a one stop shop 24/7. During emergency cases you can buy basic medical stuff, umbrellas, school supplies. There's even a vending phone charging machine, a computer kiosk where you can pay for utility bills, buy tickets online, reload prepaid mobile service sims, join raffle promos for a certain brands. Its a also a place where you can take shelter when it rains, meeting place for some, or when you want to escape the sumner heat for a few minutes just at least buy something if you want to stay longer. They have hot meals and microwavable meals too.

No, 7-Eleven stores here in the Philippines use tomato catsup for hotdog sandwiches. The catsup's taste is similar to that of Del Monte tomato catsup and Heinz. 16:28 Actually, the only pork internal organ in the sisig, is pork or chicken liver, basically. There are Filipinos who put a little cooked pig's brain. But normally, minced pork/chicken liver is added to the minced pork for the sisig.

7-eleven here in the Philippines is not just isolated in the fuel stations. In Metro Manila, you can find it in every corner where there's office buildings, schools and residential buildings. in our condo building, there's 7-eleven at the ground floor and beside it is a pizza restaurant called Shakey's.

Yes, you’re right in that the role is different. In the Philippines, anywhere that sells food and drinks and has air conditioning is considered a place for social gathering. Also, in most Asian countries, the average middle to lower-middle class person commutes to and from work or school through public transportation so it makes sense that in these countries you’ll see 7 Eleven branches that offers dining in options. If I’m taking the bus or the train home, I would most likely not get to eat the food until I’m home so why would I bother dropping by 7 Eleven to grab snacks or whatever that, like you said, would be cheaper in groceries? But if I get to eat cheap, filling food in store then it would be a different matter.

Haggis is crafted from sheep's offal, including heart, liver, and lungs, minced with onions, oatmeal, suet, spices, and salt. Sisig features parts of a pig's head (cheeks, snout etc.) and brains, seasoned with calamansi, onions, and chili peppers and usually served on a sizzling plate. Also sisig from 711 is way, way too different from our actual sisig. It's like saying the best Italian food in America is Olive Garden.

During lunch break, when it is full of customers at Jollibee, my next go to place to eat lunch is 7Eleven when there's one nearby to buy the CrunchTime Chicken. It is cheaper compared to Jollibee, its big serving also and is also good. 7Eleven here in the Philippines also has donuts, variety of ice cream which was not shown on the video.

Banana ketchup is only for home use. Or in some local restaurants. Mostly use tomato ketchup like in jollibee's fry dip and in 7-11's hotdog buns too. If I eat cup noodles I only put ¼ or ½ of the seasoning if you don't want it to be that salty. It does the job. The Mang Juan chips is pronounced as "mung" as in mung beans. And tastes like the real chicken skin too!
