If you know nothing about football, you can't understand and admire the magic of Zizou. Ronaldo, Beckham and lot of other foot legends are all saying that was an honor to play with or against him. He won all that's possible in the football as player and also coach. And if you want see more of his magic, you have to watch his best match with french team in world cup 2006 against Brazil. He gave a lesson to the brazilian players, one of the best performance ever in a world cup match. Brazilian players just admit after the match that Zizou was from another planet. Recently I've listened an interesting podcast from Vieri, one of the best striker of his generation and one of the best Italian strikers ever, a real goal machine back in the days: he was chatting with his former teammates Amoruso and Iuliano about the time Zidane joined Juve from Bordeaux: they didn't knew anything about the guy, obviously no YT or even scouting websites at the time. They just went to the training ground and watched this guy came in and they were all in shock like "Wtf is this guy wven doing here? He's not even looking us in the eyes, who is he, he is so pale he looks like hw's about to throw up, omg what the f did we do lol". Ten minutes later they were watching themselves in the eyes, asking themselves"Wtf are we doing here, mate? We're not even playing the same sport . This guy is a magician ". You see, Zidane was the kind of introvert and shy guy who probably never played at his best in public. Marcello Lippi always said that if people were impressed with what Zidane was able to do on a pitch, they would have never believed what the guy did during his training sessions. He went to Real and good for him, we got Nedved, Thuram and Buffon for that, so basically we built a team, but still I think it was a mistake. If you got Zidane you don't let him go.
