My mom showed me how to ear the raw egg with rice in the 50s back in Hawaii. She was from Yokohama and loved to Hawaii after the war. I loved it as well!!

Thank you! I hope you enjoyed all three videos with Clayton and Stuart! And, Gin and I, went to Niigata and had some great food and fun there! Those are coming soon!
In france, we often eat raw eggs in pasta (carbonara), or even with raw beef meat (steak tartare), and it’s bewildering to one of my english friends 😂. Loved the video - Clayton and Stuart are great guests (and very handsome) Hope they have a great time in Japan.

it's good to know we can eat them in France! I hope to try them if I ever go there! They were great guests and they had a great time while there were here in Japan! thank you
TKG with oyster soy sauce, looks really good. I learned a new English word, cream of the crop! I'm glad your friends liked it!

I already had dinner but you guys made me crave for one bowl now! Please try some finely sliced green onion next time you have TKG. Shredded seaweed is also a great add. And Natto beans. And some chopped Chinese chive. Sesami seeds, Kimuchi, grated or chopped Chinese yam, chopped shiso leaf, boiled and chopped okura, the list goes on. Have fun!
