Trump clearly mentioned about the students from top universities such as Harvard, Stanford should get green cards after they complete their course so they will stay in USA and contribute. It's foolish to think every MS student will get green card after course completition. I haven't seen at least one indian youtuber who has given correct information about what trump said.

He didn’t tell. He repeatedly told that it could be even a junior college or any univ. In Us they really don’t care that much about university levels. That is not a high priority. Watch hie video. I have watched it. He didn’t tell about Ivy league colleges. May be they can add a rule that the student must be eligible for Opt etc. some conditions will be added. First atleast 60 ministers must accept before accepting new rules.
