Kyrie Irving is going back to the NBA Finals for the first time without LeBron James. In between trips a lot happened on and off the court but now he's proven all his haters wrong. What is it about Dallas that let him resurrect his career?

@@Jomiloju-xw6wg it has everything to do with him. First of all, the vaccination thing was a public health mandate. It’s not the government’s fault he chose to sit out, it’s his that he refused to take a clinically proven medication. Secondly, it doesn’t excuse his conspiracy theories and constant distractions. I understand he believes things but when you’re on a team you’re expected to sacrifice for your team, which is what he’s been doing more now, and what he refused to do in Brooklyn.

@@JohnnyYeet123-sr8xk what a ridiculous statement, taking a drug you don't want isn't a "sacrifice" you make for a sport team, we are talking about someone's physical bodily autonomy. The public health mandate was idiotic, the vaccine never stopped the spread of the infection and kyrie could still attend the match but not play, that is politics not public health. It's funny you use the word "proven" to describe the vaccine when it didn't pass the 2 year testing period of a standard vaccine and instead was pushed out for sweet big pharma dollars.

Kyrie Irving is a man on a mission who’s destined for success!! He’ll mesmerize the defensive game plan, until they become distressed!! Opposing guards who get constantly burned by Uncle Drew must feel the sense of Humiliating impression, seeing Kyrie schooling his defenders on a recession!! It must be joyful to see Kyrie Irving show off his wizardry!! He’ll Make his case, to become the most unguardable source of misery!! Uncle Drew will slither, juke, and cross you over like a ball handling boss!! He’ll toss every made shot, with a little bit of sauce, and serve his acrobatic jelly!! The Opposing defense will wear out trying to guard Kyrie, until they get a little sweaty!! Whenever the defense tries to lure him out, He’ll pull up his jumper with a little touch of butter, until the defensive plan breaks down the gutter!!! Uncle Drew was meant to be driven, exposing his defenders as if their presence was hidden!! The opposing defense will never gain enough resistance to track down Kyrie Irving from long distance!!! It’s Deja Vu when it comes to guarding Uncle Drew, seeing his crafty footwork get you leaning like ground beef stew!! It’s a crying shame Kyrie’s opponents aren’t welcomed aboard!! No wonder why their helpless coverage against Kyrie Irving got them floored!! So it’s time opposing teams would start packing their stuff and hit the road, back to their cattle!! It’s clear Kyrie made sure his opponents threw in the towel!!! So let’s not doubt Uncle Drew, when he’s going strong. Or he’ll show up and everyone wrong!!

You could argue they saved each others careers. Luka was an mvp caliber player with a team stuck in mediocrity no matter what core they had put around him. Nobody doubted Kyrie's skills, just his personality. His maturity has shown on the Mavs 100%, but has there been literally anywhere else where he has had maturity besides like Duke because of injuries and time? For most of his time on the Cavs he was ok bc he was young, but Boston will show him he shouldn't have left. One of the best Celtics teams statistically from deep against a Mavs group that can't trust anyone besides their backcourt. Celtics got better after he left and then he acted as if they were the problems. Lively is injured (badly) and Gafford is not a solid enough player to rely on. Just my opinions, but it will definitely be a relatively close series. Let's just enjoy the show fr. All respect for Ky.

Kyrie needed to be also understood, and that was big part of why he so happy now in Dallas. Just watch what Marc Cuban said in interview with Draymond Green

We don't mess with Kyrie in Boston because he was in a high horse and pretty much abandoned JT and JB during their loss to his former team during the ECF.

They have a very good role players. That's the only difference and they play with a correct system that fit them. Other than that it's always the same Kyrie.

He's been doing a good job if picking his spots. During playoffs, his on/off is better than Luka's & +44 per 100 with Lively.

Kyrie has already surpassed Pippen years ago. Only difference is Kyrie didn't have Michael Jordan carrying the franchise.

Dallas Mavs fan here. Everyone can say what they want, but DFW loves Kyrie. We love him here and want him to stay. Since he got here, he's kept his head down, worked hard, stepped up as a senior leader, and right now his game is impeccable. We're glad he didn't follow SAS's advice. Also, a stupid move for Nike to take away a shoe from Kyrie, and give it to Ja Morant...LOL! How's that working out for you Nike? Let's go Ky and Let's go Mavs!!!!!!
