No. This was no in Les Mis. This song was written by Lara Fabian for her 1999 album. The stage production (and therefore the movie) music was first performed in 1980 when Lara would have been 10 years old. Also, the subject matter of the song isn't the same as that of the play/movie or the book by Victor Hugo.
