If you want to do that, try to be more inclusive. Dial down on the religion stuff. Use the name of this country more often and try to reach out to 'Indians' instead of Hindus. Trump uses the word 'American' at least ten times in a sentence and barely uses 'Christian' as a buzz word. This helped him break down barriers and relate to everyone in that country regardless of what race that individual is. That's how Trump created this "pro American" lobby. That's why his lobby still keeps coming back up. The fringe elements (the sangh equivalent/counterpart in America) do not have a hegemonic hold over their conservative lobby like in the case of India.
