Dom is also factually incorrect. It does not require 8 weeks for Ostarine to be effective. Ostarine can also be used shorter periods to maintain muscle while cutting weight for a fight.

Best interview iv heard for a long time. Fair play to dominic i wasn't expecting him to agree with khan but he's just speaking facts and i always knew khan wasn't a cheat and its nice to listen to this interview to back that point up.

Where did Dominic Ingle in any interview not be striaght down the line? There has been many boxers that Dominic has trained that failed a drugs test , but Dominic to my mind always spoke and explained each situation clearly, to the point and without the fast cars spin.

Plenty of disrespectful comments regarding Dom who was only speaking the truth and his thoughts on an interview! Many people do not realise the upbringing of Dom from the legend of his father Brendan Ingle. I've lived in Wincobank, Sheffield all my life and to see what this family of Ingle's have done for the local community is unprecedented! Brendan & Dom alike have always spoke the truth.. keep up the honesty Dom in you great Fathers name. U.T.INGLES 👊👊

Got to respect Dominick Ingle, always level headed and logical when it comes to boxing …can always trust him to give a proper take on something. Khan was definitely clean, all the real boxing fans know…the rest are casuals just hyping up in comments without looking into the situation and have no knowledge on drugs, testing or boxing

Very good point that the trace amounts were after fight night and he was tested plenty before which were negative. To benefit from ostarine he would have to be taking well before the fight so he looks innocent. Distraction from benn end situation maybe?

I think of all the various interviews on the various channels since this news broke....this explains it best and coming from Kells trainer it obviously carries weight. Would have been easy for Dominic to pile on with a lot of others, but he's stepped back and given a measured logical opinion. Excellent interview. What it does highlight is there is a huge problem with the process involving UKAD and the BBBC. The BBBC must have been made aware according to the rules....yet according to Ben Shalom, Robert Smith is claiming he was unaware himself till yesterday. Somebody hasnt done their job and/or is lying. But clearly things don't look great for the board, especially given this comes on the back of the Benn situation where we know they sat on information for weeks and did nothing till fight week once the story was leaked.

Dom's explanation and Khan's statement about the tiny trace of the drug in his system does seem to suggest that there is an innocent explanation. Khan in the interview did seem genuinely upset about it.
