She was just 9 years old when she took part in Holland's got talent. She was self taught, but she'd had a tiny bit of support from the talent show team, and Andre Rieu had given her a masterclass too. Really she deserves all the credit for the dedication she put in to learning her opera arias. She is 19 now, and still singing beautifully.

Great! Andre Rieu doesn't give masterclasses to anyone. When he invites young talents, he gives them some guidance in the rehearsals. The only time the conductor gave masterclasses was to Amira Willighagen. Then he invited Amira to his big concert months later. And in the rehearsals for the concert he only made the specific adjustments for the performance with Amira. The fact that the famous conductor used hours of his time giving free masterclasses to Amira is all the more impressive considering that he charges around US$ 1.5 million dollars per event.
