My dad passed in January due to a massive stroke, how ironic! Spend as much time with your parents as possible cause you just don’t ever know when that last day comes. ❤u guys!

when i went camping we had amish people that lived behind our camp they had a farm and like 6 kids.. coolest people ever but dont get a camera near them. Actually they taught me alot about breaking down a deer and how to plant food plots and stuff. during hunting season he would take me and my papa hunting and we always came home loaded down with deer meat. we always had fun with him and his family.. my grandma would hang out at our camp with erve's wife and cook and stuff...

Cut the mushrooms close to the ground and make sure you use a net as a bag so you spread all the spores also if you pull those mushrooms they won’t come back if u cut them they will be back every year same spots. I would not count on many coming back next year if you pulled them . They looked amazing great find and I’m so so happy how far Rob has come I want him to meet my 98 year old WW2 Purple Heart survivor marine grandad

I am amazed by your energy. You and Rob are examples of good people doing great things. I don't think that was a morel. It didn't look like the morels we have up here in MI. That stem was too large. This must be shot in the Wisconsin area. The only thing I saw that was bad was that you bagged them up in a plastic bag. You should use a mesh bag so the spores that will mean new mushrooms next year will fall on the ground!!!! - Your Amish neighbor was absolutely fantastic to see!

The turkey is nice, but the morels are amazing! Turkey and morels together is fantastic. Lucky you! And sorry to hear about your husband's strokes. Were they related to his contracting COVID?

Take the mushrooms cut in half long ways and soak overnight in salt water, next morning revise with fresh drinking water, roll in flour and cook like bacon and enjoy.

I took my 6 year old out for his first hunt this past deer season here in Kentucky. A six point buck came in range. I got the rifle zeroed in on the deer and got my son's attention. H looked down the scope and saw the deer and started to yell b"IT'S A DADDY DEER". I think you all know how that hunt ended. No deer, but we both still talk about it and hge can't wait to go again this fall.

So glad that Emma is finally getting to hunt too. Nice work on the two birds. If im not mistaken Austin and Robert always compete on who has hunted the biggest bird and as far as I can see yyou are the winner at the moment hehe. Also curious about the Navigator since you said you are leaving in a minivan. Having to leave the Navi behind eh? What's the verdict? Has the adjuster given you a quote yet?
