This iAmish Log home from Meadowlark Log Homes, was built in 1998.
There is a new owner of the property who has contacted Meadowlark Log Homes, requesting an inspection and to look at the possibility of adding on a large log addition on the back part where the garage is attached.
So Elvie and Wayne stop in to do a walk around the outside while they are on the way home from another job site. Because the owner is not home at the moment, they could not get inside but only did a visual action inspection of the outside at the owners request.
The visual inspection of the house is impressive, everything is perfectly sound and looks as good as new. Surprisingly, the house does not even look as if it has aged. So now Elvie will work with the Customer to see if they can work out the arrangements to build an attachment onto this house.
