Morning once you wake up just trying to come and think positive. Have your breakfast then listen to the mantra and do some meditation. So your day will go through fulfill with loves, happiness and smoothly. Happiness is not matter of how much you wealthy. It's matter of the way how you think. Therefore, Happiness is not ready make. It's coming from our own actions. Through that's way your life will change to the better human being. Buddha Dharma's mantra has the power to control mind, reduce your blood-pressure, jealous, anger and nagative thought. Peace
