Littlepeople It's filmed in a real hospital, but most of the scenes are made in a set. Mer's house is in Seattle though. Only some of the scenes are in the hospital, like when they enter and exit, they have to show the real hospital.

Actually, majority of the shooting is at the sound stage they just gave us a tour of, but a few scenes are shot at a Veterans Hospital.. but yeah, most of it is at a studio.

They do. It’s part hospital and part set. It’s filmed in an old veteran clinic.

Guys the walkway and the Chiefs office part is a real hospital and the outside look up Veterans Administration Sepulveda Ambulatory Care Center then images it's the outside and walkway and Chiefs office in Greys anatomy

What about the NICU, such as was seen in Season 8, in the episode titled, "If Only You Were Lonely." What about the Oscillating Ventilator they put Tommy =on? They put him on a High Frequency Oscillatory Ventilator, as he was born a micropreemy.
