Taking out the Docter was the smart play. He would basically see through you once you made your move so the first strike is key, so lets see this again in a different setting where the Docter didn't get assassinated. Oh right, thats pretty much how Arknights's story happens, because he's that dangerous.

probably because the doctor is in w's list to kill, even considering that she's a rhodes island operator at some point in story she just said that will follow doctor's orders, but also she said that he's still in her killing list
