You should never talk to someone outside of tor, it’s not secure.

You should also use tailsOS to access the dark web, tor comes pre-installed and it’s a live amnesia os (meaning that if you reboot, all the files you added will be gone (except persistence)). tailsOS also runs everything through onion circuits so you’re fully anonymous while browsing. The only way to get caught is by your own mistakes, good luck.
