Although the bottle design is the same as the ones from the Library Collection, I'm not exactly sure if this is actually part of that collection.

Comme des Garcons, Incense series, offers perfect incense options...though short-lived, sadly. Your hair is fabulous, btw.

This is truly a masterpiece from Amouage. I really treasure this fragrance. For me, this is the epitome of niche fragrance ♥️♥️♥️

Oh yes, Arlene. Thank you for this wonderful review. I'm always looking for my next incense perfume. At the moment Wish come true by SHL is my favourite incense perfume. Not churchy and extremly addictive. Try to get your nose on it. Maybe on a sniffing trip to Amsterdam with Andrew? Would love to see you two doing this again. By the way, you can find a ink note in Coeur de Noir. Now I can't wait to get my nose on Rose Incense...

This sounds so freaking good!! Definitely want to try. I wore Diors Ambre Nuit today and I forgot how much i love it. Rose and amber perfection. Love that powdery goodness. I finished my decant today so I've got to get more! Also been loving Atelier Des Ors "Luna Feline". Its a beautiful smoky vanilla and the vanilla aspect reminds me of the type of vanilla used in Guerlains SDV. So nice!! If you havent tried it you should! I realize I'm running into the dilemma of having so many beautiful perfumes that i want to own all at the same time. Lol. I try to mostly buy small decants (both designer and niche) when blind buying but even when those run out ( and I'm still buying NEW decants) I want to rebuy the used up ones because theyre so great and ill miss wearing them. But at the same time i know that if i keep rebuying almost every single one I'll have way too many. Sigh. First world problems. Lol. Anyway appreciate the review!! 😊

Le religiouse by Lutens is a very interesting incense, more so than this one.

Did you see that Estee Lauder came out with a luxury collection? Surprisingly they’re under $100 and one fragrance called desert eden is a rose & olibanum fragrance. The inspiration is the atmosphere at ancient temples. Being half Thai and growing up going to the temples I find it so intriguing and may have to try to track it down in stores to try this weekend! lol

Rose incense was a new release and actually not considered part of opus, even though the bottle is the same as the opus collection. I believe it came out a few years ago when Chung was still the creative director. While beautiful I can’t justify a whole bottle of it as it’s linear on me.

Great review! I've been waiting for somebody to do a review on this stunning parfume. As somebody mentioned in the comments below, I agree that the fragrance is very linear and straightforward. With that being said, the description was perfect and spot on! Definitely unisex, as I personally prefer not wearing feminine-leaning frags. This stuff is nuclear regarding projection and sillage. It's an Amouage, so I easily got 12+ hours off skin. Smells SOOO luxurious and expensive. I would get these incredible wafts of incense throughout the day that smelled so clean and sophisticated. Definitely not a typical "churchy" incense. As somebody who owns the entire Amouage Opus and Man collection, this EASILY makes my top 10 Amouage list (possibly top 5) 😎 - Jose from San Diego
