hint for folks; I use the sgt level @ 11 oclock w/o grit like a gain control, it really makes this amp kick

No instrument cable plugged into either input, how did the Ampeg combo make bass sounds without a bass guitar plugged into the amp (lol)

Is this amp enough to keep up with a loud drummer? Or I should go with the 210 instead? Id love to have a 15 Ampeg but im afraid its gonna lack power and headroom. I also have a Mesa 115 cab I could use as an extension. Thanks! And keep making those videos they are so helpful!

I have the Rocket 108. Great Job Ampeg. The Grit section is amazing for players that want warm overdrive tubestyle and not a harder distortion. I have a Scrambler, too for my base sound..

Anybody have any input as to whether the Rocket series has changed tonally from the previous BA v2 series? The v2 s weren't out for long before they decided to replace them with the Rockets, and I'm worried that the reason they are making the change is to tonally imitate and compete with the Fender Rumble amps, which have the more "modern" tone. the BAs sounded amazing and had the classic Ampeg tone, so if the Rockets are a shift to a more "modern" tone, I'm going to be sorely disappointed.
