I like how they kept the same feel with the Season 3 intro

season 1 & 2's songs feel more cinematic and adventurous and s3's feels more modern and grounded with some rock mixed in! just love this detail!

honestly season 2 is still my favorite, season 3's is incredible and really hypes me up, but theres nothing like the menacing transition from the normal intro into the sasha anne fight and marcy's ominous appearance. It all keeps that fantasy and mystery aspect as well that I don't think the third one has (not that its a bad thing). All 3 still work amazingly in different ways though (the third more different than the others, obviously)

It's amazing how far it has come, now it feels like a totally different show.

I love how they recreated some of the s1-2 scenes in the s3 intro. Like Anne and Sprig jumping on Umbrellas, Sprig looking for something with his telescope. I love it.

Season 3 really kept the charm of the melody even when it sounds more futuristic.

Oh my lord imagine having your neck like Marcy’s for idk how long. Your neck would be dying.

This opening feels just right. I don't know, it's a music that sounds exactly like it's supposed to sound. It's so satisfying, although I wish it was longer.

honestly season 2 is my favorite opening mainly because of that scene with marcy holding the box, it gave me chills when i first watched it.

I like how the Season 3 one keeps the same melody but using 8-bit sounds compared to the Season 1/2 intros using string instruments. It lets us know that even though Los Angeles/The Human World is WAY more advanced then most of Amphibia (*cough excluding the Newtopia Castle cough*), it's still familiar.

I don't know why exactly but everytime the Amphibia Intro plays I always feel the need to exhale a relaxing sigh and let go of all thoughts outside of the world.

It looks like we might get interactions both from Earth and Amphibia. Sasha and Grime seem to be starting a rebellion with the frogs, Marcy is gonna be some sort of puppet for sure, and Anne... God, they're all gonna need therapy. They're barely teenagers!

Season 3 is my favorite opening because of how well it represents season 3 of the show. We are having a fun time watching the plantars experience Anne’s world, there’s lots of adventures to be had and it’s a shift in the status quo. But there’s also an underlying tension in the plot as seen towards the end of the opening. The government is hunting down Anne and the plantars, there’s a risk of invasion from newtopia, andrias has access to advanced robotic soldiers, Sasha and grimes are starting a full on peasant rebellion, and Andrias has Marcy under his thumb. Can’t wait for season 4

IDK if it makes season 1 necessarily my favorite out of the three intros, but the shot of the photo of the three girls stuck in the tree in the rain as lightning strikes is still BY FAR the best _shot_ out of all of them.

I like the season 3 song. There is so much thing happening at the first few seconds of the theme song. Same catch song as previous seasons, Following the orchestra, different from previous theme, comes in a fades out. (Inferring a brand new start for the story) Then the electric tones with the sick bass beat. (Inferring that they are now in a modern world.) And the car honk ofc. (They are in a big city.) There is so much going on!

HOLY CRAP SEASON 3 INTRO IS AWSOME

Fun fact: Sprig is the strongest in the whole series. Even stronger than Anne. BEcause Grime was the strongest and sprig defeated him with no sweat

When Sasha and Marcy had a theme song takeover, I realized how unfair it was that Anne Boonchuy never got to have the default theme song(s) she should have had for Amphibia this whole time. So...on February 16, 2023, I wrote my own lyrics that follow the same pattern of musical notes and rhymes from the Sasha and Marcy theme songs, to give words to Anne Boonchuy's two montages of Amphibian hi-jinks and restore balance to the Brenda songs by making sure that all three Calamity Box girls have their own Amphibia theme song. Anne is the only one lucky enough to have two because Sasha and Marcy never made it back to Earth with her at the beginning of Season 3. Anne Boonchuy's Brenda theme song from Seasons 1 and 2 in the Plantar house I was by myself until Sprig welcomed me into his home. Now we are family and have so much land to see and roam! Along with Hop Pop and Polly, Sprig’s little sister waiting to blossom, We can hop anywhere. Did I mention fluorescent mushrooms are awesome? Running from a chick-a-lisk, surprises when we go fishing, Escaping a deadly boulder temple, and fighting cannibals at night. Didn't know they went with another studio for the third intro. Personally I like the Season one intro and animation the best since both the music and the animation capture the comfortable look of Wartwood as well and the adventurous spirit of learning to live in a totally new world.

Well good timing. Season 3 maybe the last season, “maybe”. Teen Titans was supposed to end with 4 seasons but it was so popular it got a 5th and final season. I get the feeling future Disney cartoons are gonna end with 3 seasons. I mean Ducktales ended with 3, Owl House ended with three why not have future Disney shows end with three seasons.

0:41, 1:24, anyone realize that the prophecy of the trio saving amphibia? i realized while rewatching the show and man, matt braly and the crew really planned ahead of time! such a great detail, showing that this was planned all the way in the beginning.

Here’s a little detail I just found out. When the intro ends and the title card comes out. You can see behind the title there is a wall but on that wall is Anne (top left), Sasha (mid left) and Marcy (bottom left) and to the right seems to be a huge amphibian monster that they’ll prolly fight sometime in the finale… maybe Edit: I was wrong, Sasha (bottom left) Marcy (mid left).
