Amritsari Kulcha ke Ingredient:
Dough -
2 cup Maida
½ tsp baking powder
Sugar - 2 tsp
Salt - as per taste
10g butter/ghee
Water - to make dough
Filling -
Aloo - 6 boiled
Pyaaz - 1 chopped finely
Sukha Dhaniya Kali Mirch - 1 tsp kuti hui
Hari Mirch - 1 large
Adrak - 1 inch
Kata Dhaniya - 2 tbsp chopped
Kasoori Methi - ½ tsp
kala namak - ½ tsp
Jeera Powder - ½ tsp
Namak - 1 tsp
Amchoor Powder - ½ tsp
Dry Maida - 2-3 tbsp
Sukha Maida, Methi patta aur Butter kulcha banane ke liye

You are the only chef in this entire youtube channel who inspired and motivated us to believe that anyone can make such a fantabulous and delicious food.
