ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਦੇ IIM(ਇੰਡੀਅਨ ਇੰਸਟੀਚਿਊਟ ਆਫ ਮੈਨੇਜਮੈਂਟ) 'ਚ ਨਿਹੰਗ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੰਗਾਮਾ । ਤਲਵਾਰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਕੈਂਪਸ 'ਚ ਹੋਇਆ ਦਾਖਲ । ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਾਂਹ ਵੱਢਣ ਦੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਧਮਕੀ। ਗੇਟ 'ਤੇ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਗਾਰਡ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਕੁੱਟਮਾਰ ਦੇ ਇਲਜ਼ਾਮ। ਬੱਸ 'ਚ ਚੜ੍ਹ ਕੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਡਰਾਈਵਰ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਧਮਕਾਇਆ। ਨਿਹੰਗ ਨੇ ਕੁਝ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਿਗਰੇਟ ਪੀਣ 'ਤੇ ਜਤਾਇਆ ਇਤਰਾਜ਼। ਕੈਂਪਸ ਅੰਦਰ ਸਿਗਰੇਟ ਦੀ ਪਾਬੰਦੀ ਹੋਣ ਕਰਕੇ ਕੁਝ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਬਾਹਰ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਪੀਂਦੇ ਸਨ ਸਿਗਰੇਟ। ਸਿਗਰੇਟ ਪੀਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਬਾਂਹ ਵੱਢਣ ਦੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਧਮਕੀ
