Debina, I have stayed in Netherlands for around 5 yrs. Tulip is visible only in months of March end to April. May be when kids are a little grown up you can plan a trip in that season. So there is no way your Ma can find tulip in this season. Our son is still in NL, working so felt so good seeing you bringing back our memories.

Tulip bloom from end of March till mid May and there is a specific place where you can see that kind of tulip called keukenhof near Amsterdam during that season.😊

I don't think that only fancy foreign vegetables give better nutrition than our own ones It's just that every place have their own veggies and fruits The local sabji markets sell a lot of vegetables which are fresh , healthy and.tasty as well as nutritious .😊

It's lot simpler to travel in luxury in India..lots of beautiful places to visit in India nd lot of traditional high end resorts too. I get butternut squash in my local supermarket in bangalore..it's extremely sweet nd creamy when cooked..
