I wouldn't have missed this one for the world! This is my favourite train line (although I don't see much of the Santa Barbara area) but this was a corker. All kinds of humanity and wild life, beautiful sea shore and trains, wonderful. Though I must admit that I wondered who had left the idiot cage door open from time to time! Can we have some more please?

Yesterday when I took the Metrolink San Clemente > Oceanside > San Clemente we had a BNSF train leading us.

When I was maybe 6 or 7 we took Amtrak to San Clemente for the day. Also, when a seal/sea lion comes up on the beach, unusual and alone like that, that means there's probably a large shark in the water
