Now combine either 1,000%/1,000,000% Full Cowling and Eri's power together and just imagine how powerful the attacks are, and if 100% can already beat 3 of the 4 strongest enemy boss encountered. Deku with eri is getting neg diffed no questions asked, also he didn't actually use 1 million Delaware smash everyone knows this, you can go to the comments on the fight and that's been cleared up that he didn't actually use 1 million percent. But I promise you, you will lose this debate on saitama and deku, saitamas sneeze would literally kill him im not joking. It's disrespectful asf towards saitamas character to even mention him being anywhere near saitamas level.

I don’t even think it’s just about that though. Not about quarks at least. How many years did he spend studying quarks and hero’s to the point that he could analyse Eri’s quark and the impact it had on him within seconds and used the combination to save them all.

At exactly 2.08 deku uses 1,000,000% of One for All. You can tell by all the kinetic energy flowing out of his body. He wasn't able to maintain the 1,000,000% for more than a second though and notice there more emotional he get the more kinetic energy is stored and released

1,000,000% does not exist bro. It is stated in the manga and by the author himself that 1,000,000% is simply deku just yelling, or just adrenaline. the highest one for all can go is 100%
