I would have to disagree. at that point, Toma's powers were pretty well defined as anti power. but anyone could have beat him to death with a stick at that point

Yeah it was way too early for Touma to fight Accelerator. Only if the Arthor waited until Touma knew way more about his power and how to control it.

Biggest plot armor was akainu tho On wb and akainu fight he should've have died there

Read the LN, the fight is better explained. Like for example for Accelerator to do his esper mathematics at full power needs to be able to focus but he wasn't able after the first punched because he not used to pain. Also Touma was weaken by Mikoto beforehand and would have one hit accelerator if he was at full strength. In the LN he use skill and tactics more too.
