Robert's right though and Debra shows it. Robert grew up neglected by everybody, Debra grew up being a popular girl. Debra doesn't know what it's like to need validation the way Robert does. Robert shouldn't have been juggling women, but it makes sense why he would he struggle with it. Easy for her to just dismiss something she's never had to worry about as childish.

I love how Rob calls Marie out on her BS. Beautiful woman who has used her youth to enjoy multiple guys has no bearing on a guy who comes into his own at a later age and finally has women to choose from. She can choose someone to settle down with easily because she has sampled. Rob hasn’t.

I have to say Debra is way off being judgmental of Robert over his fling with Stefania. She isn't happy with her marriage with Raymond and can't hold water when Marie constantly belittles her with insults and controlling maneuvers. And to top everything else, Amy, who happens to be her best friend, Deb should have minded her own business of telling her about Robert's attraction to Stefania, even though he should have told Amy about his recent run with the Italian Pizzaria beauty in Italy. Before becoming the know-it-all Barone advisor, Debra should look to herself as having some clout to get Marie to respect her and quit meddling in her life permanently.
