Amy, I'm struggling to find the live version when you were sat on the roof singing this beautiful song, I think possibly in Glasgow. I can't seem to find it on youtube anymore. You were very young then, it must have been about 11 years ago or so. Thank you for your music. x

When I was like 11 or 12, my grandma used to played this song while we were driving, and I kept asking her to put it on again. She ended up gifting me the CD, and my brother and I would pretend that we were in a band that was playing at a concert. Now I'm 19, and I am still in love with her music. Thank you for all the great memories, Amy!

Love this song..Used to play it to my 2 year old granddaughter when I took her back home in the car and every time the song finished she’d shout “again”, so had 1.5 hours of listening to Amy’s music. All good though. Granddaughter is now 14 and still loves these songs..

So nice hearing this with only a guitar backup. I've known the song since about 2008 while on a trip to the Netherlands. Learnt it for myself when I got back home and have occasionally played it since. Was pleased to hear my accompaniment is quite similar. I love this song. You are amazing, Amy. When you started singing it here I burst into tears. Your song was one of my favorites when I was living in Australia. I had a young friend there and I taught him how to drive. One time he said something like: "This must be your favourite song, because I hear it often when we drive around." I always sang along when "This is the life" was playing. Few years ago he crashed and died. He was only in his early 30s. This song reminds me of him. Always. This is the life.
