He's constantly laughing, and smiling, and the whole class, along with the teacher, loves him, and one time, the teacher asked him if he ever got sad, and he thought about it for a moment, then said, "I'm sad when my brother sits on me," and just went back to his work.

Speaking of kid-on-kid psychological torture- I remember one time when I was a kid, like 25 years ago lol (90s kid WWHHAAAATTTT!!!), all the kids on the block were around the same age, within 2 years or so, except there was this one kid who was like a good 4 or 5 years younger, so he was like 6 when we were all 10+. Anyway, one time he had on a grey sweatsuit, top and bottom, and we convinced him he was an elephant. Not that he looked like an elephant. Not that he was going to turn into an elephant. That he WAS an elephant. I can still to this day remember his mother trying not to laugh while reprimanding us after he ran into the house hysterical crying (also, his two brothers were in the older kid group too lol so this wasn't just like some random ass little kid we all picked on LOL). Another one, and my personal favorite, I grew up in NY, by the city, and this kid moved on my block from TEXAS.. so instantly we were like, "Let's mess with this kid", ya know? And boy did we ever - he'd never seen snow before, so the first time it snowed, we made up all these weird rules that weren't even slightly true, and crap like that. But my absolute favorite: I had this bush in front of my house that had this shiny, almost as if they were covered in wax, leaves, about the size of the palm of your hand. And we literally did it so perfect- first we just called it the "popsicle bush" and waited for him to ask why... then we said, "Oh bc you can lick the leaves, I guess people like them or something" all nonchalant..... then, because he was like begging at this point, we each took one and I almost feel like I *DID* lick it a few times for believability. So you're probably thinking, "Big deal - you got him to lick a leaf like a popsicle, but you all had to do it too!" .... but I'm not up to the good part yet lol. Like a day or two later, I'm eating breakfast with my family, and through our front bay window I literally see him CRAWLING over to steal more. HE LITERALLY CAME, SNUCK OVER TO THE BUSH, AND TOOK A STASH HOME WITH HIM. THIS WAS AFTER HE'D ALREADY LICKED IT AND KNEW IT TASTED LIKE A LEAF! THIS WAS ON HIS OWN! WITH NO ONE ELSE AROUND!!!!! Ugh, god, I love that story. Also, I promise you we weren't mean, and it was all harmless things like that.... Also, this kid really, truly was THE WORST - it wasn't like he was the best kid ever and we picked on him bc he was from Texas lol (I mean, we probably woulda tried a few things like the snow rules and stuff LOL) ... He literally was the WORST, always tattle-tale-ing, ALWAYS crying... and neither of those were bc we were picking on him... I'm talking about like, we'd be nice and ask him to play Manhunt with us, or baseball, and he'd cry and run inside and say we were being rough, or tell OUR parents. Meanwhile, it was just a rough game, I remember one time, my brother dragged me across the cement and I got all cuts on my back LOL. Being a kid is wild - or at least it was in the 90s (and don't worry kids of today, there were kids back then who stayed inside playing video games all day too. And every single generation since literally as far back as you can go, thought the next generation were lazy and doomed. Even Socrates, who was an adult when writing went mainstream and became something most people could do, said that the next generation would have no memory abilities because they'd be writing everything down HAHAHA. Literally ALL the way back then, he thought "technology"- which again, was simply BEING ABLE TO WRITE- would ruin the younger generation lol. Remember that story next time someone gives sh*t for you being on the internet too much, or says your generation is lazy, or whatever)
