I am sorry for what you went through, while it might have given some inspiration to your wonderful music, you shouldn't have had to go through that. Everyday I look at my daughter and I think life is not worth it without her, everything I do is for her. Amy is amazing. She's so strong and talented and beautiful and just one of the greats in my eyes. This song is kind of relatable for me as a little Aussie girl with big dreams that everyone either laughs at or shrugs off like "wake up it's never gonna happen" when all you need is a little bit of encouragement but you find yourself having to pick yourself up off the floor while you're helping all of your loved ones up as they try to get through their own problems. It's sad. One of the reasons why I'm too scared to contact a vocal coach. This song is already a favourite though and proves how worthy the legend that is Amy Shark is!! Love you Amy! ♥️
