@@norclag I agree with you being dirty on the negative comments BUT a lot of Amyl and the Sniffers fans should take a lesson from this. Tones and I covered this song for the APRA awards as a tribute to them, they seem to be great friends too. Amy even put up a post acknowledging how moved she was by Tones’s rendition. I was disgusted by the horrible comments that I read from A LOT of the sniffers fans. I love Amyl and the sniffers but because of the abuse I saw from fans, they lost me as a follower and a subscriber. I know it’s not all fans but negativity and abuse from their fans reflects badly on them. (Ps. they slayed this song at the Arias) 🫶🏻

Yeah, it's amazing. I've always said the a Amyl and the Sniffers gig is more of a "spectator sport" than a "show". It's the energy that the band brings and the crowd gives back that makes the whole experience awesome.

Also WTF is pub-rock, this band catches that label because they’re fans’ like this band but don’t like punk-rock per se. Listen to Giddy Up. Amyl and the Sniffers are Very clearly punk rock in every sense. Much Less AC/DC, and much more Radio Birdman! Security has the word pub in the lyrics, but the band ain’t playin cover songs at the local watering hole, they are selling out clubs from the US to England and the European Continent.
